It's nearly Christmas, which means that X Factor is back on our screens. The 2019 season kicked off with a celebrity edition, and now it's time for another twist - X Factor: The Band! As the nights draw in, it gets colder, and Simon Cowell's biggest show moves to putting together a new supergroup, the run in to the Christmas is well under way.
X Factor 2019
Simon returns this year, alongside a judging panel also shaken up Champions style comprising of Louis Walsh, and Nicole Scherzinger. Time will tell how close things are to the usual format - it's unlikely the judges have been out and about across the UK recording auditions to bring us up to date with progress so far, ready for the upcoming bootcamp and judge's house's phase to complete, and where we'd normally see live shows, expect to see a return of old contestants from the run into Christmas.

About The X Factor Prize Draw
Each draw usually features on the show several times, usually alternating week by week with another competition. The prizes are often 'money can't buy' style opportunities, for example trips to see in demand artists perform abroad. Of course, there's usually a big cash prize and sometimes a car too to be won!
How To Enter The Competition
To get your free entry into the current X Factor competition, you will need to lodge your entry by post. This involves sending your name and phone number to:

There is also a premium rate X Factor competition text number and phone number, but postal entry is the only free entry option, so you cannot enter for free on the ITV.com website (at least so far) for this year's competitions, although you can pay to do so via Paypal at itv.com/win or stv.tv/win, usually charged at £2. There's not just one competition running this series, you can also win £30,000, Mercedes and hotel stay in another draw, if you get your postal entry before 12th December 2019 at 4pm.

Winners
Winners of the X Factor competitions will but contacted in the usual way, by phone from the ITV competitions team. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random within a week of the draw closing by the last methods - which is usually postal entry.
Competition Prizes

Recent year's prizes have included huge cash sums, Little Mix tour tickets, a Mercedes, X Factor Final tickets and a trip to San Francisco with $2000 spending money. There have also been some more unusual prizes including a Campervan!
