This Morning is ITV’s daytime TV show which runs from 10.00am until the Loose Women take over at 12.30pm with a short news bulletin in the middle. It’s a great place to find prizes as there’s a new This Morning competition giving away a big cash amount or prize to a lucky winner almost every week.
You can find the details of how to enter on the show on weekday mornings, normally beginning on a Monday after 10.30am as Spin To Win usually appears in the first part of the show. Similar trailers then repeat throughout the show each day.

About The This Morning Prize Draw
The show celebrated its 30th birthday in 2018, so has been showcasing lots of winners stories from This Morning weekly draws in the past, with ITV recently giving away a huge £1 million cash prize in 2021. From time to time the competition also runs at the weekend, depending which shows are on air. That means you might also see the same prizes as the John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen competition for example.

Free Entry Competitions – Tickets, Toys & More!
While the main ITV competitions can usually only be entered for free by post, there are sometimes smaller ones available with free online entry. Recent examples on This Morning have included chances to go to the Pride of Britain awards ceremony in London with hotel accommodation and in the lead up to Christmas there have been toy bundles, perfect for presents for the kids and gifts for even bigger kids if they still like toys!
This Morning periodically also run free competitions alongside their big prize draws too, such as the recent resurgence of Richard and Judy’s classic ‘You Say We Pay’ which invited a randomly selected viewer entering the competition to describe a picture that appeared behind the presenters. If they correctly identified images, they’d win cash for each correct answer. More recently, there’s been a new free entry draw called Spin To Win.
This Morning’s Spin To Win Competition: How To Enter
To coincide with the launch of the new ITV daytime schedules, This Morning have launched their ‘Spin To Win’ feature.
You can enter for free up to 9:30am on the morning of the game on the ITV website by heading to itv.com/win and choosing the free competitions link. Follow the instructions to enter and you’ll see a password.
When Spin To Win appears on ITV during the show, a randomly selected entrant will be called and they must answer the phone with the password of the day. If that word or phrase is the first thing that’s said after answering the phone, the presenters will spin the prize wheel, and the winner will get whatever the wheel stops on.

Dosh On Your Doorstep Competition
With Dosh on your Doorstep, you can win free cash if one of the presenters (usually Alison Hammond) comes to see you live on This Morning! You can usually enter this one for free when it runs via the ITV Win website. Just register your details and you could be the winner of a prize such as £1,000 live on a show very soon.
